Position Overview

The Mansion at Rosemont, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as "Best of Senior Living" 2022-23, is hiring a full-time Custodian.

Schedule & Compensation

• Day Shift: 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday – Friday, holiday rotation
• Night Shift: 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday – Friday, holiday rotation
• $17 per hour

Location

The Mansion is located on a beautiful 10‑acre campus on the Main Line. Shuttle services to public transportation are available to team members.

Responsibilities

You will perform janitorial and custodial duties in the community, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting, cleaning bathroom fixtures and floors, and ensuring the building is clean by emptying trash receptacles and picking up debris. You are expected to demonstrate and promote service excellence and maintain patient confidentiality.

Professional Conduct

As a representative of the company, you are expected to present yourself in a professional manner that ensures resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred
• Previous carpet or floor care experience preferred
• Experience in hospitality, health care, or residential cleaning environments
