Position Details: Schedule: 1st Shift, in a manufacturing/industrial environment operating 24/7.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties including waste removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning restrooms and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of office, production, and warehouse areas, including windows and floors.
• Ensure facility safety by locking windows and doors, setting thermostats, and dusting fire extinguishers.
• Assist with facility maintenance tasks such as ordering supplies, reporting issues, and generating work orders.
• Drive Nolato trucks as needed and perform snow removal during winter.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid VT Driver's License.
• Good work ethic, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to safety, and physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work additional hours and weekends.

Work Environment: Exposure to moving mechanical parts, weather conditions, humidity, fumes, airborne particles, extreme temperatures, and noise.
