Position Overview

Responsible for cleaning the physical structures, yard, and dock areas of the facility to provide an attractive, clean, work environment.

Essential Functions

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust entire office area
• Empty trash
• Clean restrooms
• Perform general yard work (clean, pick up trash, cut grass, maintain gardens)
• Maintain parking areas to keep free of trash
• Clean dock and dock apron
• Perform minor building repairs and painting as needed
• Change light bulbs in office area and on dock
• Change air conditioner filters
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures

Qualifications

Working Conditions

• Stand or walk for eight hours and do light lifting
• Exposure to climate conditions, chemicals, dust, and irritants
• Hours may vary based on operational needs

Starting Rate of Pay: $17.66/hour
