Chattahoochee Technical College is seeking a full-time Custodian responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of college facilities. The ideal candidate will perform various custodial tasks, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students and staff. No prior experience is required, but a valid driver's license is necessary.
POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
This is a full-time position.
Employment is with Chattahoochee Technical College and not with an individual campus. All employees are subject to work relocation based on college needs.
This position is responsible for the custodial maintenance of assigned college buildings and facilities.
Under general supervision, maintains proper care of technical college facilities. To provide a clean and healthy environment for students, faculty, and staff, the custodian will perform various routine duties such as moving classroom furniture and boxes, housekeeping, etc. Must have strength and agility to operate cleaning equipment and move furniture. Ability to work harmoniously with others, be punctual and reliable, practice safe work habits, follow college policies and procedures, and work in a team environment is essential.
$33,404.64 annually. Benefits include paid holidays, annual leave, and the State of Georgia Flexible Benefits Program. Employees are paid by direct deposit unless exempted due to hardship.
