Job summary

Viejas is seeking a full-time custodian to perform housekeeping and maintenance duties across our Outlet Center facilities. The role includes trash pickup, restroom cleaning, minor repairs, and assisting with event setup in Show Court and Park areas.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ months of related experience, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. A positive, energetic customer service attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• 6 or more months of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Performs housekeeping and maintenance duties for Outlet Center facilities, equipment, and furnishings.

Always greets the guest with a smile, always works collaboratively with all Viejas Team Members to develop and maintain a positive relationship in delivering an unsurpassed experience.Job Description• Maintains consistent attendance, punctuality, and appearance that contribute to a high level of team performance and guest service.• Responds in a timely manner to trouble calls such as store issues, leaks, lights, restrooms, etc.• Responds to maintenance emergencies as needed.• Documents call incidences as appropriate.• Assists in preparing the facilities for special events, including setting up and taking down chairs for shows in the Show Court and Park.• Ensures housekeeping and maintenance equipment are maintained and available for use.• Cleans blood borne pathogens and other biological spills.• Always handles cleaning chemicals as directed using proper formula for their safe use.
