Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs plumbing, electrical, and HVAC equipment in multiple buildings.
• Supervises a work crew and ensures safety standards and methods.
• Orders and tracks tools, supplies and inventories; maintains logs of equipment.
• Performs minor repairs and custodial duties as needed.
• Moves furniture and inspects systems; locates parts for installations.
