Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield’s C&W Services is seeking a Cleaner for the 2nd shift in Hartford, CT. You will perform a wide range of custodial duties to maintain clean and safe facilities, following established standards and procedures.

Key tasks include floor care with buffers, vacuuming, dusting, restroom restocking, waste management, and occasional high-dusting or window cleaning. No prior experience required; strong teamwork and attention to detail are valued.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for basic cleaning duties.
• Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment.
• Comfort with using a backpack-style vacuum.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Vacuum rugs and perform spot cleaning; shampoo when directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and high surfaces as needed.
• Restock bathrooms with supplies and maintain cleanliness of restrooms.
• Report any equipment or safety issues to supervisors.
