Responsibilities

• Help train and mentor new employees on cleaning procedures and company expectations.
• Ensure assigned areas meet company and customer quality standards.
• Conduct routine quality checks and report deficiencies to supervisors.
• Assist with supply inventory and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Help coordinate daily assignments as directed by supervisors.
• Communicate employee concerns, maintenance issues, and customer requests to management.
• Assist with employee coverage during absences or staffing shortages.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability among staff.
• Utilize company systems to document inspections, communicate updates, and complete assigned tasks.
