Goodwill South Florida is seeking a Custodial Supervisor (Working Supervisor) to oversee cleaning staff at the MD Justice Center in Miami, FL. This full-time role focuses on scheduling, training, safety, and ensuring quality standards across restrooms, offices, floors, and equipment.

The candidate will supervise custodial personnel, prepare bi-weekly payroll, coordinate with managers, maintain supplies, and enforce OSHA/SDS safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of the custodial/janitorial industry.
• 2-3 or more years in the field with at least 6 months in a supervisory capacity.
• High school or technical school completed.
• Ability to read SDS and OSHA safety sheets.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise custodial staff and work organization.
• Train employees in cleaning techniques for safety, efficiency and quality.
• Prepare bi-weekly payroll for staff.
• Evaluate employees' performance and ensure quality standards per safety guidelines.
• Maintain inventory levels of supplies and coordinate with managers.
