Responsibilities

• Acts as working leader of 3+ employees to accomplish trades and labor tasks.
• Performs cleaning and maintenance tasks in rooms, corridors and areas using standard tools and equipment.
• Checks work in progress and final output for compliance with supervisor instructions.
• Performs routine maintenance of equipment and cleans facilities.
• Plans work by reviewing daily occupancy schedules and determining sequences and procedures.
