Advanced C4 Solutions Inc. in Hawaii seeks a Custodial Supervisor to lead a 3-person crew, act as the on-site point of contact for the Government COR, and ensure quality cleaning and floor care while enforcing safety and security in a Restricted Area.

This full-time role requires an active Secret US Government Clearance, at least 3 years in custodial work with 1–2 years in a lead capacity, ability to lift 50 pounds, read schedules, and preferably a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Secret US Government Clearance.
• At least 3 years custodial or janitorial experience, including 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of floor care and commercial cleaning equipment.
• Able to read and apply cleaning schedules and standards; reliable and punctual.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties for a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule a 3-person custodial crew; assign tasks and ensure compliance.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for the Government COR; respond to service requests.
• Run the quality control program and address deficiencies.
• Perform hands-on cleaning and floor-care tasks alongside the crew.
• Coordinate access, badging, and enforce safety and security rules in a Restricted Area.
