Job summary

Aramark Lakeway, TX seeks a Custodial Supervisor to help management maintain cleanliness quality through inspections and coaching. You will schedule staff, train teammates, enforce policies, and ensure safe, reliable operations across facilities.

The role focuses on developing frontline associates, maintaining strong customer relations, and ensuring effective communication with managers and peers. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lb unassisted.
• Ability to stand, climb, bend, and move for extended periods.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections for quality and safety and implement corrective action.
• Understand and schedule employee work assignments for adequate coverage.
• Lead training and retraining per the training process.
• Enforce policies, follow up on daily tasks, and counsel staff as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with associates, peers, customers and managers.
• Supervise special projects and on-call/new employees.
• Audit keys, pagers, and payroll daily.
• Communicate project and maintenance challenges to drive resolution.
• Control inventories and distribute equipment as needed.
• Observe equipment performance and report repairs or replacements.
