Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Custodial Supervisor in Plano, TX to support management in maintaining cleanliness quality through inspections, coaching, and accountability. You will help develop frontline staff and promote positive morale while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include daily inspections, staff scheduling, training, policy enforcement, and effective communication with managers and customers.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections for quality and safety and address issues.
• Understand staff work assignments and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct training and retraining as needed per process.
• Enforce department policies and handle counseling or disciplinary actions.
• Maintain positive relationships with associates, peers, customers and managers.
• Supervise special projects and on-call or new employees.
• Audit building keys, pagers, and payroll daily.
• Communicate project status and coordinate needed repairs or replacements.
• Control supply inventories and distribute equipment as needed.
• Observe equipment performance and report needed repairs.
• Assist in employee performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Observe and report needs for furniture or building fixtures repairs.
• May assist in completing custodial work assignments.
• Provide essential support during emergencies or severe weather.
