Job summary

Brevard Achievement Center in Pennsylvania seeks an onsite leadership professional to supervise daily housekeeping, provide hands-on custodial support, and train staff to meet contract quality standards.

You will use Otuvy for QA inspections, manage schedules, and coordinate with PM/APM and DODEA staff while driving continuous service improvements. A strong focus on safety and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must pass a background screening.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Three years of floor care experience.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Oversee, schedule, and supervise daily housekeeping activities to meet contract requirements.
• Utilize Otuvy software for QA inspections, task assignment, reporting, and quality controls.
• Perform hands-on custodial duties and advanced floor care as needed.
• Lead collaboration with Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, staff, and stakeholders to address quality concerns.
• Provide leadership to motivate staff and train on equipment use and safety.
• Monitor labor hours, attendance, and payroll accuracy; support timekeeping procedures.
• Address problems, implement corrective actions, and support service improvement.
• Respond to urgent calls outside of normal hours and maintain high service levels.
• Assist with budget monitoring for labor and supplies and report anomalies.
