Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-year supervisor experience.
• Custodial knowledge and safety training are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, assign and perform daily work for custodians.
• Supervise custodians on a daily basis for quality and quantity.
• Ensure safety programs, provide PPE, and train staff on safety.
• Plan major cleaning operations and coordinate with managers.
• Inspect areas to meet service levels and manage equipment.
