Key requirements include strong knowledge of custodial processes, operation of cleaning equipment, safety data sheets, and the ability to train and lead a team.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of custodial processes and procedures.
• Ability to supervise and train custodial staff.
• Proficient operation of custodial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Safety Data Sheets and chemical handling.
• Ability to maintain records and reports.
• Knowledge of biohazard handling and mold remediation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise use of custodial equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate daily workflow and long-term goals.
• Provide supervision, training, and support to staff.
• Inspect tasks for quality and completion.
• Complete maintenance reports and daily activity logs.
• Follow procedures for bloodborne pathogen handling in hazardous spills.
• Follow mold remediation and biohazard handling processes.
• Maintain inventory and records of materials.
• Clean, restock, and sanitize office spaces.
• Ensure attendance at assigned site(s).
