Job summary

Indiana University Indianapolis Campus Facility Services (CFS) seeks an on-site supervisor to oversee custodial and moving/setup crews, coordinate event preparations, and ensure safe, efficient operations across campus facilities.

You will manage supplies, train staff, lead projects, review work orders, and liaise with departments. A high school diploma and at least one year of leadership experience are required, with a valid driver's license and safety certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience with leadership skills.
• Experience in custodial or moving/setup work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, assigns, and monitors work of custodial workers and moving/setup workers.
• Takes inventory of supplies and places orders to maintain stock.
• Serve as on-site trainer to explain work procedures and demonstrate equipment use.
• Acts as project leader for routine and non-routine work.
• Reviews and executes work orders.
