Job summary

ESFM USA in Rockville, VA seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager to supervise custodial services for assigned contracts. You will allocate duties, manage schedules, train staff, and ensure quality through inspections and performance reviews.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customer management, approving time and leaves, and maintaining safe, clean facilities. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and 5–10 years of supervisory experience in custodial services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five to ten years of recent supervision experience in custodial/related staff.
• Knowledge of nightly and daytime cleaning operations in large facilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work responsibilities among staff and supervise areas such as common spaces and food court.
• Create schedules to meet contract requirements and staffing levels.
• Approve vacation, overtime and timecards; train custodians; supervise and evaluate staff.
• Coordinate with customer management and perform inspections for quality service.
