Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a dedicated janitorial associate to maintain clean and sanitary facilities across assigned buildings. You will perform dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, trash handling, and floor care with focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures, work independently, and report maintenance needs to supervisors. This position is on-site with daily responsibilities and customer-facing interactions in common areas.

Qualifications

• Basic janitorial operations knowledge.
• Understanding safety procedures and MSDS basics.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilités

• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain clean, sanitary facilities.
• Dust, wipe, sanitize surfaces in assigned areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear.
