Responsibilities include high dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, trash disposal, floor care, and grounds maintenance, with a focus on safety and courteous customer service. The role requires following established cleaning procedures, using germicidal solutions, and maintaining essential supplies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial work.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to operate janitorial equipment.
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals and MSDS.

Responsibilities

• High dusting of surfaces above shoulder height around rooms.
• Sanitizing/spot cleaning of surfaces below shoulder height.
• Bathroom cleaning with germicidal solution and proper disposal.
• Emptying trash and refilling liners as needed.
• Floor dusting or vacuuming with proper technique.
• Outdoor grounds care and sidewalk cleaning.
• Dust mopping main hallways and keeping glass clean.
• Food court area cleaning and tray washing.
• Floor sanitizing starting from the back of the room.
• Inspect room for cleanliness and correct issues.
