Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) seeks a Custodial Shift Supervisor to lead custodial staff and manage day-to-day operations in a government facility setting. You will schedule shifts, ensure safety compliance, and uphold quality standards while coordinating with clients and supervisors.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on supervision, and the ability to deliver cost-effective custodial services with attention to safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing custodial or facility maintenance in large buildings.
• Certification in Advanced Custodial Technician or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Experience supervising grounds maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead custodial staff and coordinate high-quality service.
• Organize shifts and staffing to optimize coverage.
• Train and evaluate personnel on cleaning techniques and safety.
• Enforce safety policies and proper chemical handling.
• Oversee equipment use, maintenance and inventory.
• Develop and monitor Quality Control programs and inspections.
• Manage budgets, schedules and data in the CMMS.
• Respond to tenant issues and coordinate corrective actions.
