You will direct custodial staff, ensure safety and quality, and report to the Custodial Manager. The position requires leadership of 10+ employees, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of cleaning leadership experience.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
• ISSA or equivalent training desirable.
