Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Auxiliary Custodial Services, you will coordinate staffing, oversee performance, ensure compliance with safety policies, and drive continuous improvement in cleaning operations campus-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years lead or supervisory experience in custodial setting, or 7 years' experience in lieu of degree.
• Bloodborne pathogens and sharps disposal training.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage scheduling, training, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff shift coverage and assignments.
• Provide direction and set expectations for staff.
• Track time off and approve timesheets per policies.
• Recruit, hire, and develop staff; manage performance.
• Ensure safety and compliance through regular site audits.
• Monitor cleaning quality and adjust workloads as needed.
