Job summary

Chimes is looking for a part-time Custodian to join their team in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties in public and work spaces, ensuring a clean environment for all employees and visitors.

Responsibilities include complying with all agency procedures, maintaining cleanliness in restrooms and offices, and ensuring tools and supplies are organized. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the capability to work well with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.
• Candidates with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and building services in public and work space areas.
• Comply with all Agency policies and procedures.
• Clean and disinfect all assigned areas including restrooms and public spaces.
• Attend required meetings and in-service training.

Skills

Ability to work with limited direct supervision

Education
