Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administrate all aspects of the Custodial Department, including fiscal responsibility.
• Train, develop and supervise site supervisors to ensure high-quality service.
• Inspect contract sites to ensure quality meets customer parameters.
• Procure contracts and maintain rapport with customers and office managers.
• Purchase supplies and equipment within budget requirements.
• Maintain financial records and accountability.
• Maintain and repair equipment and vehicles.
• Oversee snow removal and grounds maintenance when required.
• Distribute supplies and payroll to accounts as directed.
• Implement orientation sessions for clients and employees.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accreditation standards.
• Develop staff into successful administrators.
