Qualifications

• Five years experience in the building services management field and at least one year of management experience.
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; three years supervision in Custodial Contract Services or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and have strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers all aspects of the Custodial Department, including fiscal responsibilities.
• Trains, develops and supervises site supervisors to ensure high quality and efficient service to clients and customers.
• Inspects quality of contract sites to ensure service meets customer parameters.
• Manages contract procurement and maintains rapport with customers and office managers.
• Purchases supplies and equipment within budget; maintains financial records.
• Maintains and repairs equipment and assigned vehicles; supports floor and carpet care tasks.
• Assists with snow removal and maintains on-call snow crew as needed.
• Distributes supplies and payroll; implements client orientation sessions.
• Ensures program compliance with applicable accreditation and quality standards.
• Develops employees to become successful administrators and supports rehabilitation goals.
