Job summary

Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society seeks a dependable Custodial Services Team Member to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for guests, staff, and animals.

You will clean and restock restrooms daily, pressure wash pathways, empty trash, and assist with after-hours or special events, lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in South Florida weather. This role supports hospitality, conservation, and memorable guest experiences as part of a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior hospitality or cleaning experience preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Dependable with weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restock public and staff restrooms daily.
• Pressure wash and clean zoo pathways.

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment and under physically demanding conditions
