Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium seeks a Grounds/Custodial Team Member to ensure a clean and safe environment for visitors. REPORTS TO: Grounds Manager, Grounds Assistant Manager, Grounds Supervisor
DIRECT REPORTS: N/A
STARTING PAY: $16.50/Hour
The Grounds/Custodial Team Member is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for Zoo & Aquarium visitors. Duties will include, but are not limited to, working independently while sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, cleaning surfaces with disinfectant, and emptying trash and recycling cans. Additionally, Grounds/Custodial Team Members will attend to eating areas and playground equipment.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Performs snow removal, as necessary.
