Job summary

SBM Offshore is seeking a Custodial Safety Supervisor to lead site safety programs for custodial staff. The role focuses on delivering safety instruction, audits, and inspections, while driving a culture of safety and compliance.

You will train staff, coordinate safety talks, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. The candidate will monitor PPE use, correct at-risk behavior, and collaborate with operations to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• Minimum five years of EHS experience and knowledge of safety programs.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety instruction, audits and inspections.
• Provide training to custodial staff on safety practices.
• Conduct safety trainings and talks in the workplace.
• Perform regular safety inspections and report findings with corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and local regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise site services per contract and SBM policies.
