Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Custodial Supervisor to oversee custodial staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across assigned areas. You will supervise, train, and evaluate team members, ensuring OSHA compliance and proper use of PPE.

The role emphasizes coaching, discipline, and operational excellence through staffing, inspections, and adherence to SBM policies, with a typical schedule 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, 3–5 years of experience.
• May require a valid driver's license.
• Ability to interview, hire, plan, assign and direct work.
• Experience supervising custodial staff with safety and OSHA focus.
• Strong coaching and disciplinary capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise custodial activities and staff.
• Train employees on safety, policies and procedures.
• Ensure custodial services meet site needs.
• Provide equipment and supplies to custodians.
• Conduct regular quality, service and safety inspections.
• Maintain attendance and performance metric records.
