Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Rep Lead to guide custodial staff, ensure cleanliness, and oversee daily operations at its site. The role involves directing tasks, inspecting quality and safety, and coordinating supplies and equipment in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, relevant certifications, and 1–2 years of related experience. This on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• May require a valid driver's license.
• Safety and task training certification may be required.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Reading and interpreting instructions and manuals is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment is required.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow daily schedule duties.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Assist in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Report employee issues to supervisor.
• Monitor PPE usage and supplies.
• Recommend corrective action for improvements.
