Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Staffing Services Administrator in Edinburg, TX, to oversee daily custodial contract operations across the Rio Grande Valley, ensuring quality service and contract compliance. The role serves as a primary backup for custodial coverage and coordinates staffing to maintain uninterrupted delivery.

You will supervise custodial staff, train on floor care and sanitation, assist recruiting, and manage ISPs, SMART goals, and case notes in CaseWorthy.

Qualifications

• Five years related experience.
• Associate's degree/professional certification and three years related experience
• Bachelor’s degree and one year related experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of custodial contracts across the Rio Grande Valley.
• Train staff on custodial duties including floor care, restroom sanitation, trash removal and equipment.
• Coordinate staffing and serve as backup during shortages.
• Conduct site visits to ensure contract requirements and quality.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding custodial staff.
• Develop and monitor ISP and SMART goals for employees.
• Maintain participant records and case notes in CaseWorthy.
• Provide employment support and progress reviews.
