Job Description

The Custodial Manager is responsible for supervising the janitorial supervisory staff and maintaining a clean and orderly environment at CMI’s customer site in Washington, DC.

Key Job Functions

• Responsible for ensuring buildings are in clean and orderly condition
• Oversee and perform routine custodial and exterior grounds tasks
• Supervise all custodial staff and ensure proper coverage at all times
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:
Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years in the janitorial services supervisory experience in facilities of at least 800k sq feet in size.
• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
