Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a CSR Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation across assigned sites in Massachusetts. You will perform janitorial duties, provide guidance to custodians, and assist the Custodial Supervisor with scheduling and training, while ensuring safe operation of cleaning equipment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED/First Aid, and possibly forklift certification; you must read procedures, maintain supplies, and report incidents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related custodial experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and routine cleaning tasks.
• Provide work direction to custodial staff as directed by supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training of staff.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and assist with purchasing.
• Report incidents, hazards and PPE compliance issues.
• Monitor and document quality, service, and safety checks.
