Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial services on-site at the O.C. Fisher Federal Building/Courthouse in San Angelo, TX.
• Ensure compliance with SCA regulations and contract requirements.
• Support bid activity and coordination with the CO and subcontractors.

What You'll Do

This position is responsible for overseeing and performing custodial services on site at the O.C. Fisher Federal Building/Courthouse, 33 East Twohig, San Angelo, TX.

This position is in support of a contract for which we are bidding. Any offers will be contingent on contract award.

What You'll Have

• At least three years managing similar services in buildings of similar size and complexity.
• A current Advanced Custodial Technician certification from the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) or an equivalent course to be approved by the CO.
