Job summary

VW International (VWI) is seeking an experienced custodial supervisor to oversee on-site services at the G. Mahon Federal Building in Lubbock, TX.

The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and efficiency for a federal facility, with opportunities for advancement within a service-driven organization. Requirements include a minimum of three years of relevant management experience and an Advanced Custodial Technician certification (CMI or equivalent).

Qualifications

• At least three years managing similar services in buildings of similar size and complexity.
• Advanced Custodial Technician certification from the Cleaning Management Institute or equivalent approved by CO.

What You'll Do

This position is responsible for overseeing and performing custodial services on site at the G. H. Mahon Federal Building/Courthouse,1205 Texas Avenue, Lubbock, TX.

What You'll Have

• At least three years managing similar services in buildings of similar size and complexity.
• A current Advanced Custodial Technician certification from the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) or an equivalent course to be approved by the CO.
