VW International seeks an experienced O&M leader to oversee facilities maintenance at the G. H. Mahon Federal Building/Courthouse in Lubbock, with duties across Midland, Amarillo, and San Angelo. This role supports a bidding contract and requires strong supervisory experience.

The position emphasizes building mechanical systems oversight, safety, and on-site leadership, with opportunities for progression and professional development within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of O&M/facilities management experience with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience operating, managing and supervising building mechanical maintenance for large facilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Operations and Maintenance/facilities maintenance at the G. H. Mahon Federal Building/Courthouse and nearby areas.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance teams to ensure safe, compliant building operations.

What You'll Do

This position oversees Operations and Maintenance/facilities maintenance services at the G. H. Mahon Federal Building/Courthouse, 1205 Texas Avenue, Lubbock, and surrounding areas (Midland, Amarillo, and San Angelo).

This position is in support of a contract for which we are bidding. Any offers will be contingent on contract award.

What You'll Have

• Minimum 10 years of O&M/facilities management experience, including at least 5 years in a project management or supervisory role.
• Experience must include operating, managing, and supervising building mechanical maintenance for buildings of comparable size, complexity, and characteristics.
