Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Custodial Lead to oversee cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas and guide custodial staff under supervision. The role includes directing daily tasks, driving safety initiatives, and supporting the Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year related experience, and certifications such as CPR/AED/First Aid. A valid driver’s license may be needed for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year related custodial experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification; valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and follow daily schedule.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment and manage supplies.
• Inspect safety and quality of cleaning services.
• Report incidents and PPE usage to supervisor.
