Job summary

TDG Facilities, LLC seeks a Custodial Lead for the 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. The role oversees a team of custodians, ensures daily cleaning tasks meet high standards, and supports client operations in a commercial setting.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, reliable transportation, and a commitment to on-site presence. Schedule is 2:30pm–11:00pm, Monday–Friday, with a pay range of $20–$23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a cleaning team in a commercial setting
• Keen eye for detail, and ability to develop an efficient cleaning program
• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening

Responsibilities

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Dust and clean hard surfaces
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors – including stairs, hallways, and commons areas
• Clean and vacuum carpets
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable
• Periodic special facility team projects
• Restock supplies
• Other tasks as assigned
