Job summary

Creative Management Technology, Inc. is hiring a full-time Custodian in Cleveland, OH for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 10:00 pm). The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, waste removal, and daily maintenance across assigned locations, with occasional OT and safety training obligations.

Responsibilities include restrooms and floor care, trash collection, and ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards. Must pass background checks, drug screen, possess a valid license, and have a personal vehicle

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a federal background check as required by the contract.
• Submit and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Personal vehicle with current insurance coverage.
• Must be able to physically move through the worksite.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods as well as stoop, squat, lift, carry, and push.
• Must wear protective equipment per OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collect all garbage and recyclables from the assigned locations and place them in the correct disposal dumpster.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and fixtures daily with a germicidal solution.
• Wet mop all washable floors, including restrooms, stairwells, elevators, office areas, and storage areas.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas and dust-mop corridors.
• Dust, clean, and sanitize other surfaces.
• Refill paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap in all dispensers.
• Participate in emergency drills and environmental safety activities, as requested.
• Attend and participate in worksite safety and in-service training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all safety requirements and procedures at all times.
