Job summary

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking an experienced Custodial Lead for the 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. The role requires supervising a cleaning team and ensuring daily facilities operations meet the highest standards.

You will lead on-site custodians, coordinate tasks, and uphold safety and quality while supporting a fast-growing service provider. Compensation includes a $20–$23 hourly wage plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a cleaning team in a commercial setting
• Keen eye for detail and ability to develop an efficient cleaning program
• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening

Responsibilities

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Dust and clean hard surfaces
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors - including stairs, hallways, and commons areas
• Clean and vacuum carpets
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable
• Periodic special facility team projects
• Restock supplies
• Other tasks as assigned
