Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Custodial Lead in Boise, Idaho. The role oversees cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and provides work direction to custodial staff.

The position requires day-to-day supervision, scheduling support, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Shifts run Monday to Friday, 6:00pm to 2:30AM with a wage of $20.00–$21.00 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year related experience, and relevant

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year related custodial experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver's license; forklift certification may be required.

Aufgaben

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow the daily schedule.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supply inventory.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor.
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and supplies.
• Correct at risk behavior and report to the supervisor immediately.
• Ability to drive to various work locations as needed.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.

Job Description:

Job Overview

The Custodial Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and provides some work direction to custodial staff.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Track and maintain supply inventory
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections

Education and/ or Experience: High school diploma / GED required. At least 1-year related experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• CPR/AED/First Aid certification .
• A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
• Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
