Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support cleaning operations in a fast-paced facility environment. The role emphasizes maintaining sanitation across assigned areas, following safety rules, and communicating professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.

Shifts are M-F, 6:00a-6:00pm, with compensation of $16–$17 per hour. No formal education is required; 3–6 months of training or experience preferred.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Safety and task training certification completed.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow all company protocols, policies, and rules.
• Work as part of a team with other employees.
• Maintain a clean and organized assigned area.
