Job summary

STUDIO C in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Custodial/Cleaning Crew member for an early morning, part-time role. You will join a team focused on keeping theaters clean and safe, including lobbies, restrooms, auditoriums, and parking areas.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, trash removal, carpet cleaning, floor care, seating and window cleaning, and seasonal maintenance. Must start as early as 5:00am and be able to work weekends/holidays. Flexible schedules and employee perks offered.

Qualifications

• Must start as early as 5:00am.
• Time management and efficiency skills required.
• Ability to use commercial cleaning equipment.
• Communication skills to ensure proper maintenance of facility.
• Strong work ethic.
• On feet 6–8 hours or more; climb stairs; lift up to 40 lbs.
• Team player willing to go above and beyond for guests/peers.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain theater auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms and parking lots daily.
• Vacuum, trash removal, carpet cleaning, sweeping/mopping floors, seat and bathroom cleaning, windows.
• Perform seasonal maintenance tasks (e.g., snow removal).
• Use proper personal protective equipment as required.
• Maintain custodial supplies inventory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure a clean and safe guest experience by cleaning and maintaining theater auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms and parking lots on a daily basis
• Daily responsibilities consist of: vacuuming, pick up and removal of trash, carpet cleaning, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning seats & bathrooms, washing windows and more
• Perform seasonal indoor and/or outdoor maintenance tasks when needed e.g. snow removal
• Must use proper personal protection equipment, as required
• Maintain inventory of custodial supplies

QUALIFICATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to start as early as 5:00am
• Time management and efficiency skills required
• Ability to use commercial cleaning equipment
• Communication skills in order to ensure proper maintenance of facility
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to be on your feet and active for 6-8 hours or more, climb stairs, lift up to 40lbs, and use commercial cleaning equipment
• A team player who’s willing to go above and beyond for guests and peers
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
