Job summary

Roseville Area Schools in Minnesota is seeking a Custodian Cleaner to join our district-wide facilities team. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 2:30–11:00 p.m.

You will help keep buildings welcoming, clean and safe for students, staff and visitors, cleaning assigned areas and assisting with setup for programs and events. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, strong teamwork, good communication and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to plan and organize work and prioritize building needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self starter: able to analyze, develop solutions with minimal direction.
• Must maintain regular attendance.
• May be required to work at various sites district-wide.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas and assist with program and event set-ups.
• Work with custodial staff to maintain cleanliness and safety in buildings.
• Support daily operations to ensure facilities are welcoming and safe for all users.
• Follow district policies and safety guidelines in all cleaning tasks.

Description: Roseville AreaSchoolshas Custodian Cleaner position openings at multiple locations in our school district. Working hours for these roles are Monday-Friday, 2:30-11:00 p.m. The successful candidate will be part of a team that keeps our facilities welcoming, clean and safe for all students, staff and visitors. Responsibilities include working with other custodial staff, cleaning assigned areas, assisting with program and event set-ups, and various other duties. As a custodian cleaner, you will ensure the cleanliness and safety of our district's buildings. Roseville Area Schools reserve the right to place each candidate at a school based on workload prioritization. Qualifications:

• Candidates must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

Roseville Schools offers a full benefit package including medical, dental and retirement. Starting pay for this position is $22.37 per hour and includes shift differential pay of $60 per month for second shift positions.
