Job summary

Roseville Area Schools is hiring Custodian Cleaner positions across the district. Shifts run Monday through Friday, 2:30–11:00 p.m., with responsibilities including cleaning assigned areas and assisting with event set-ups to keep facilities safe and welcoming for students and staff.

Successful candidates will work with a team of custodians, may be placed at different schools based on workload, and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to plan and organize work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be a self starter: recognize, analyze, develop solutions and initiate problem solving.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance.
• Candidate may be required to work at various sites throughout the district.
• Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas across district facilities.
• Assist with program and event set-ups as needed.
• Collaborate with custodial staff to maintain safe, welcoming spaces.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of district buildings.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
