Trinity Church LLC in Lubbock, TX, is seeking a full-time cleaning professional to maintain sanitary facilities across multiple church locations. The position offers a 40-hour workweek with rotating 2pm–10pm shifts and weekend work.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of cleaning experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 25–35 pounds. Independence and reliability are essential for contributing to a safe, welcoming environment.

Full-Time; (40hrs/week) Hours: 2pm-10pm (days will rotate)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleaning & Sanitation: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, common areas, classrooms, and office space, replenishing supplies as needed.
• Waste Management: Empty trash and prepare them for proper disposal.
• Facility Upkeep: Dust furniture, wash windows, and maintain exterior spaces (including snow or debris removal).
• Security & Setup: Lock and unlock facilities and set up furniture for events.
• Restock sanctuary materials as needed
• Must have flexible schedule and willing to work weekends.
• Multiple locations

QUALIFICATIONS:

1 year experience or other relative experience is a plus; High School Diploma/GED is preferred. Combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered. Must be motivated and able to work independently.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift and move objects up to 25-35 pounds consistently with heavier weight necessary at times.

ABILITY TO:

Work varying shifts, weekends and holidays.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees.

Follow written and verbal instructions.
