  • Able to participate in the Summer Challenge Forum during the first week of June in Spartanburg, SC
  • Able to participate in our final presentation review - date TBD
  • Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Textile engineering major (preferred)
  • Efficient in PowerPoint and excel spreadsheets (preferred)
  • GPA - 3.0 minimum (preferred)
  • Able to start work on or before May 25th (preferred)

Job Summary

The Milliken Summer Intern position gives rising university juniors or seniors an opportunity to work on a significant process improvement project in a manufacturing environment. This position is located at the Milliken Cushman Plant. You will report directly to a manager - either a Senior Process Engineer or Process Improvement Manager. The position is hourly paid. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The summer intern program begins in mid-May and ends the first of August.
