Job summary

New Hudson Facades in Upper Chichester, PA, is seeking a Quality Inspector (2nd Shift) to review curtainwall components against drawings and quality standards.

You will read 2D and 3D CAD drawings, inspect materials, log results in Epicor, enter NCRs, and coordinate with upstream teams to resolve issues. HS diploma required; AS degree preferred; curtainwall/construction experience helpful.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; AS degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in curtainwall/construction industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.

Responsibilities

• Inspect curtainwall components for quality and cleanliness per drawings.
• Test incoming materials against procedures; log results in Epicor.
• Enter NCRs for discrepant materials; assist QC Coordinator with rejects.
• Read/manipulate 2D/3D CAD drawings to verify fabrication and installation.
• Coordinate with upstream teams to address quality issues.
• Maintain inspection logs and use ADP/Epicor for project time tracking.
• Adhere to NHF safety standards and care of inspection tools.
