Job summary

New Hudson Facades LLC is hiring an Assembly Line Technician for 1st and 2nd shifts in Upper Chichester, PA. The role involves assembling curtain wall unit sub-assemblies, installing insulation, and glazing with silicone weather sealant, using drills, impact drivers and pneumatic nailers on the line.

You will move completed units to storage, follow assembly drawings, work safely, and report deviations; the job requires standing for eight hours and repetitive lifting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform repetitive lifting and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Able to adapt to different line positions and learn equipment quickly.
• Able to read, interpret, and follow assembly drawings.
• Experience with hoists and vacuum lifting equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble curtain wall units using hand, electric, and pneumatic tools.
• Verify components against assembly drawings.
• Work under line supervision and report deviations from drawings.
• Ensure final dimensions by measuring with a tape and drawings.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report safety concerns.
